Request access to fuller preserved materials
Full preserved source files are not publicly hosted. Access can be reviewed for verified journalists, researchers, platform teams and sanctions/compliance reviewers.
What to include
Access requests are reviewed by Vladyslav Novikov, compiler and editor of the archive. Send a concise request with enough context to evaluate the access need.
- Name and organization.
- Purpose of review.
- Relevant case_id or video_id values.
- Secure contact method.
- Any publication, policy, legal or trust and safety deadline.

Scope
Access requests are for review of preserved archive packages and supporting metadata. The public MVP intentionally exposes only generated evidence excerpts, screenshots, quotes, hashes and structured metadata.
